A belated congratulations to the Preston Panthers for winning the CWOSSA triple-A boys soccer championship on Thursday in Brantford.
The Panthers needed penalty kicks to defeat Owen Sound's West Hill 1-0 in the gold-medal match and will advance to the OFSAA triple-A tournament in Hamilton.
