Here's a dull but inside look at the main media centre inside the Olympic Park. Earlier today, this place was packed with journalists from around the world, speaking dozens of different languages and generally wandering around in a hurry.
Right now, it feels more like a big, empty library.
The media centre, where some 6,000 journalists will work for the next three weeks, is a small city into itself. There's a laundromat, massage spa, bar, bank, phone shop, restaurants and gym.
It's where I'll write most of my stories from the Games. Technical problems have kept me from Tweeting or blogging much, but those issues should be ironed out by tomorrow. Stay tuned.
