In Hamilton, Dan Jagdeo’s RBI double broke open a 2-2 tie in the
seventh inning, scoring Andris Rizquez for the game winning run as the
Cardinals downed the Kitchener Panthers 4-2 in one of three games played
in the Intercounty Baseball League on Friday night.
Jagdeo had a stellar night at the plate, going 4-for-4 with three singles as well as the aforementioned double, cashing in a total three RBI on the night. Rizquez added a single of his own with two runs scored, while Dre Celestijn, Zack Ranta and Zack Sardellitti each chipped in with a hit.
