Rangers subscriber John Cosman was laughed at by fellow subscribers at tonight's AGM at Kinsmen Arena.
His earnest pleas to defeat a new team by-law garnered no support.
The bylaw requires all motions to first be approved by the board of directors before they can be presented at the AGM.
Cosman sees it as a way for the executive and directors to silence him and other dissenters.
The team sees it as a way to exclude "frivolous" motions.
Motions can still be presented without B of D approval, provided five-percent of the membership signs a petition to do so.

Ummmm....isn't there anything else to report??

At last year's AGM Cosman's plan to try to purchase the Rangers was exposed.
His aim is not to improve the Rangers organization, it's to overtake it.
