Velo-city Global 2012 begins

It's earlybut the grand ballroom at the Sheraton Vancouver is crowded with 800 eager participants in Velo-city Global 2012.

European Cycling Federation president Manfred Neun welcomed the opportunity for so many people "to eat, drink and sleep cycling for a week," and said how much he appreciated this opportunity to place cycling on the world stage.
