Well that explains all the sirens I heard in the Westvale area on Sunday afternoon. We checked Twitter, and Monday's Record but there was no information.

Here's hoping for a full recovery.

Wow wow wow - thank goodness Frank is still with us. Had the same thing happen twice in my cycle rides and it freaking hurts let alone the shock of getting hit and trying to grasp for the brakes with your right hand whilst trying to stay conscious - let alone getting your legs out of the clips before you hit the dirt.

  • North America is eventually going to figure out that, for all the right reasons, we need more bicycles on our roads. Dust off your bicycle and go cycling. And if the gas-burning dinosaurs start to crowd you, it's your road and you paid for it. Take the lane for yourself.
