As more pro cyclists are caught in the maelstrom of doping charges, I would like to invite anyone who has won a pro event and was not doping before, during or after, to please step forward and be acknowledged.
Surely, there must be someone...

I once had a friend who won while not doping, but it was because the testing van showed up before the race while everyone was in the change room... and most people changed back into street clothes and went home. Without the competition from the dopers, he managed to medal! He was maybe 18 at the time.
